Who to contact

TCHAC Group is the project name used on this website for Tchic and QuoteX — The Architect. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to tchictchac26@gmail.com.

When you visit this website

This informational website does not ask you to create an application account, connect Pinterest or upload project files. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or contact-form storage to these pages.

The hosting infrastructure may process connection information, such as an IP address and request information, to deliver and protect the website. This version is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting access and security mechanisms may operate separately from the page content.

When you email us

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message through our Gmail mailbox. We use them to respond and handle the enquiry. Please only send information needed for your request. You may ask us to delete correspondence; retention may be necessary for an unresolved request or an applicable obligation.

The application in development

QuoteX — The Architect is in private development. Its intended inputs include project goals, style preferences and information about the existing space. This public website does not collect those inputs. Application-specific privacy information must match the enabled features before they are offered to users.

Proposed Pinterest connection

The integration is not publicly available through this website and remains subject to Pinterest review. The development implementation requests read-only access to account information, boards and Pins through Pinterest OAuth. It can read account names, board metadata and Pin metadata such as titles, descriptions, links and color information.

The implementation stores encrypted access and refresh tokens, connection metadata, an account reference and synchronization summaries. Derived style signals, including source identifiers, are cached in memory for up to ten minutes. These development behaviors are being reviewed before enabling the integration publicly.

AI and derived preferences

In the development design-generation path, when the Anthropic provider is enabled, aggregate style preferences derived from Pinterest metadata and a sample count can be included with the homeowner’s project brief in a request to Anthropic. That path does not include raw Pin text or images in the model request. Generated design options are stored by the application.

This describes model inference, not a training feature in the inspected workflow. Permission for the proposed Pinterest-derived data use is being clarified; we do not present it as approved. We will update the implemented data flow and this notice before public availability.

Disconnecting and requesting deletion

The development disconnect action removes stored Pinterest tokens and clears the signal cache. It does not, by itself, remove all connection metadata or previously generated options. It should not be treated as a complete deletion request. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you. We may need to verify the request and explain any information that must be retained.

Service providers and processing

Website hosting and email delivery involve the providers described above. The proposed application may use Anthropic for the described AI generation. Provider processing may occur outside your country. The application’s final provider configuration, retention rules and privacy disclosures will be reviewed before public use.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the website or enabled application data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
